Your happiness with our services, your professional team and your outcomes is very important to us. Should you ever be dissatisfied for any reason, we invite you to call us at 512-637-1550 and ask to speak to our Administrator. We have a formal complaint process that is followed in addressing all concerns.

We also hope to learn of the reasons you are happy with your care and treatment. Beginning in 2010, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) implemented a formal survey process to measure the experience of people receiving home health care from Medicare-certified providers, like Home Therapy of Austin, LLC. You can expect to receive a copy of this survey, called The Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Home Health Survey, after your discharge by Home Therapy Austin. The 34 question survey will come from the President of Strategic Health Partners and should be returned to this vendor who has been approved by Medicare to process the surveys.
